Boxing 

Boxing Group Class

The Boxing classes are tailored to teach technique, while still getting a hard workout. It consists of a sequence, which starts with a series of warm-up exercises, stretching, and strength and conditioning. Then, after getting your body ready for boxing, we wrap and glove up. Moreover, boxing training consists of bag work and mitt-work with a trainer focusing on boxing techniques and conditioning, by working on punches, foot work, and head movement. And lastly, we finish up with some ab work.

Kids Class

Kids Class

The kids' classes are tailored for kids and focus on teaching technique. It consists of a sequence, which starts with a series of warm-up exercises, stretching, and strength and conditioning. Then we wrap and glove up.The boxing part of class consists of bag and mitt-work with a trainer. We work on punches, foot work, and head movement. Lastly, we finish up with some ab work.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing/Muay Thai

Our kickboxing classes are tailored to teach clients technique while still getting a hard workout. We go through a sequence of warm-up, stretching, and strength and conditioning then we wrap and glove up. We do bag work and mitt-work with a trainer focusing on kickboxing and boxing techniques and conditioning, by working on punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. And we finish up with some ab work.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons

Our private training is designed to fit any and all individuals. You get to choose whichever martial art/s you would like to focus on, whether it is boxing, kickboxing, or MMA. Further, personal goals are established, and we device the proper way to achieve them through tough workout, and lifestyle choices.

Sparring

Sparring

Sparring gives you a chance to put all your training into action. Pair up with other members of the gym and work on your punches, foot work, defense in real time. It's not a fight, it's all about getting better in your own techniques.
